A ranking list of the best vineyards in Germany has been set up under www.die-besten-winzer.com incorporating the assessment of five guides to wine. Our vineyard ranks 7th in the Palatinate region and 37th in the whole of Germany, with 72.5 out of 81.3 possible points.

Der dänische Weinjournalist Rolf Madon beurteilte unseren 2009 Georg Mosbacher Riesling Kabinett trocken in der dänischen Zeitung "Berlingske Tidende" als Shooting Star und nennt ihn gar "Göttertrank".

Denmarks most important wine journalists (Rolf Madsen from Berlingske Tidende) rated Mosbacher Riesling Kabinett Trocken 2009.
He mentioned the wine as "gudedrik" from Phalz (which means that the wine tastes heavenly and is a wine that the Gods drink) - and he also though the wine was the test's "shooting star"!

Bad grapes will never produce a good wine - but a resourceful cellar master - or mistress - can certainly produce more than one delicious wine out of good grapes.
Wine expert Sabine Mosbacher-Düringer from the Georg Mosbacher winery in the Palatinate has led the way by making three quite different wines out of a single grape variety.
